SELL THRU MANAGER
  • Responsible for the day-to-day running of stores with the aim is to maximize profits while minimizing costs
  • Ensure stores operation run smoothly, accurately and to the Brand's standards, make sure that AE & BA are all working towards the target for the day and that excellent customer care standards are met at all times.
  • Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency;
  • Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control;
  • Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales; analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning; using information to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning;
  • Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential AE & BA, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or supporting training and development;
  • Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and hygiene are met;
  • Responding to customer complaints and comments;
  • Supporting special promotions, displays and events;
  • Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues;
  • Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers and identifying or resolving urgent issues;
  • Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring local competitors activities
  • Initiating changes to improve the business, e.g. revising shift hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree, any major (prefereable from Business/Management)
  • 5-10 years of experience as Sales / Operation / Retail Manager in cosmetic / retail / fashion industry, as well as have a good understanding in cosmetic counter / store  operational;
  • Strong leadership skill and capable to work in team;
  • Hard worker, proactive and full of initiative; good capacity to grasp new concepts quickly;
  • Customer focus, shrewd business sense and a well-developed commercial awareness
  • Shows ability to plan and prioritize workloads and delegate accordingly
  • Computer literate ( MS Office Program );
